It depends on where you are. All items are made to order with a turnaround time of up to 7 business days. Once processed, we ship through USPS from Philadelphia. Delivery time then takes 2-4 days depending how close you are. Please keep in mind this may increase during busier seasons.

Customer satisfaction is my number one priority and I want to make sure you're happy with each and every order. Because of this, I offer a 3-day return policy. If there are any issues, please contact me at info@lilyandaj.co and I will give you return instructions. Refunds will be issued through store credit only. Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

While I want to make sure customers are happy, I do have a few exceptions to the return policy. I do not accept returns on:

• Personalized, custom orders
• Holiday or event-specific items after the holiday or event
• Orders due to shipping delays

All adult apparel is unisex cut and fits true to size. For a looser fit, I recommend sizing up one. For a true oversized look, I recommend sizing up two.

Baby and kids' sizing depends on the brand. I have included a size chart in each product listing for reference but if you have any questions, please feel free to send an email.

To ensure both the garment and print stay in the best condition long-term, machine wash inside out with cold water and mild detergent. Hang dry is recommended but you can also tumble dry on low heat. Do not bleach, dry clean, or iron directly over the print.
