Shipping and Returns

Shipping: All items are made to order with a turnaround time of up to 14 business days. Orders are packed and shipped from Philadelphia via USPS Priority Mail and typically take 3-5 business days.

Returns: Customer satisfaction is my number one priority and I want to make sure you are happy with every purchase. Because of this, I offer a 3-day return policy on any non-customized items. If there are any issues with your order, please contact me at info@lilyandaj.co to begin the return process.

Please Note:
- Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- All refunds are issued in store credit. 
- I do not accept returns on holiday-specific items after the holiday.
- I do not accept returns for USPS delays/shipping issues. This is covered by shipping insurance, which can be purchased at the time the order is placed.
